IFAW’s Global Council is a network of philanthropic leaders who champion our efforts to protect animals and their habitats. Through exchanges with IFAW experts leading programs around the world, visits to our project sites, salon dinners, and ongoing conversations with our leadership, the Global Council empowers the future for animal welfare and conservation. Members strengthen our capacity to solve global challenges for wildlife, people and landscapes by providing vital support that enables us to achieve our goals for animals.

Launched in 2020, there are currently over 50 members from the United States, Europe and Australia, and the Council continues to grow every year. We encourage all levels of member engagement and discussion on the topics and programs of greatest interest.
