Simbarashe Chiseva is a passionate and enthusiastic social ecologist with 15 years of frontline fieldwork experience and community-based conservation work in trans-frontier conservation areas, including key biodiversity hotspots. He has contributed to the coexistence of wildlife and people, anchored on rights-based, community-inclusive, and participatory conservation approaches for human well-being and biodiversity benefits.
