IFAW works with government officials and private sector stakeholders to find effective solutions to reduce underwater noise and to raise public awareness of this global pollution problem. For several months, we have been working with the Ministries of Ecological Transition and of the Sea and the French Office for Biodiversity to produce a collection of infographics aimed at explaining how certain activities that generate underwater noise impact biodiversity and illustrate the efforts made by actors in the sectors concerned to reduce this threat.
