Nicolette Kluijver

Nicolette Kluijver is a highly regarded Dutch TV presenter, actress and model. Currently, Nicolette lives both in the Netherlands and on the Caribbean island, Bonaire, where she volunteers at an animal rescue shelter. She is committed to protecting animals, big and small, which is a key value she shares with IFAW and why she became an IFAW Ambassador in 2022. She helps raise awareness for the critical state of African elephants, and visited an IFAW-funded project in Zimbabwe that focuses on the rescue, rehabilitation and release of orphaned elephants into secure habitats. There she saw firsthand how much time, money, effort and love it takes to ensure that these animals are protected and can one day safely return to the wild.
